(TSX:GUD), through one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries (“Knight”), announced today receipt of an ILS 7.1 million [$2.4 million] dividend from Medison Biotech (1995) Ltd. (“Medison”). Knight owns 28.3% of Medison, Israel’s fourth largest specialty pharma company ranked by revenue. Knight has received two dividends from Medison year-to-date totalling ILS 14.2 million [$4.8 million]. Historically, Medison has declared dividends on a semi-annual basis.
